• Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) – Non-executive Board Director – AELP is a sector members not for profit organisation. I've been on the Board since 2013, I chair their Subcontracting group and am a member of the Ofsted/quality forum, Strategic forum, Funding group, End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) group, ESFA Intervention group and one of just two members from  the pool of approved training providers on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) of the DfE/ESFA Counter Fraud Panel for Apprenticeship Reform 

 

• Cancer Research UK – Campaigns Ambassador (South West Bedfordshire) – The role is focused on increasing survival rates, by campaigning and getting support from MPs, local councils and other stakeholders. I have a positive relationship with my local MP and over the years have secured his support with several campaign areas 

 

• Oxfordshire University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Volunteer - the role is that of 'Lay Person' working with Researchers and Clinicians to support them to produce information and literature relating to clinical trials, that is easy for patients and their relatives to understand. The purpose is to increase attendance and participation in the clinical trials

• Luton and Dunstable NHS Hospital Trust – Member – Membership of your local NHS Hospital Trust gives you a voice. My long term goal is to become a Non-executive Director; I anticipate standing for Governor in the first instance 

 

• Cancer Research UK – Fund Raiser – Raising much needed funding for CRUK through committee leadership, securing support from suppliers, partners, clients, colleagues, family and friends
